December 5, 2005 MEETING - (Approved February, 2006)

1. The Chair B. Ware opened the regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. He welcomed the Commission Members and our visitor.

2. Members present: B.Ware, J.Crampton, D.McNeilly, S. Hansen, A.Swanson, J.Mathieu,.

Members absent: N.Girven, Zoning Administrator
Visitors: Heather Shumaker. GT Land Conservancy.

3. Guests and Public Participation.
Mr. Richard Russell was unable to make this meeting and will make a presentation at a later meeting

The Chair called Ms. Shumaker to make her presentation. The Conservancy has made several major chnages in the land use plan to accomodate principally farming use on some acreage in Pleasanton Township.
She presented a map of the proposed area and asked for a clustered group of land parcels (PUD) with conservation easements. These owners would then have a storage building and well for their equipment closer to the farmed acreage. Numerous questions and comments were given her to review with the Conservancy Board.

4. Approval or Additions to Agenda:
The Agenda was approved on a motion to accept as presented by S. Hansen, Seconded D. McNeilly. All Ayes.

5. Approval of Minutes:
November 7, 2005. A motion to approve the Minutes as presented was made by J. Crampton, Seconded, D. McNeilly. All Ayes.

6. New business and correspondence.
Election of Officers: Held off till February meeting for advertisement.
Meeting Schedule 2006:
January meeting was cancelled, July meeting on Wed. July 5, September meeting will be Tuesday, September 5. A Motion to print as recommended with all months by J. Crampton, Seconded J. Mathieu. All Ayes.
Expiring terms for Jerry, Steve, Barb and Bernie: Those considering request for new terms must respond by December 20, 2005. Secretary will call Barb to notify.

7. Unfinished business.
The Multi-jurisdictional committee has asked for $2500 from each municipality along with commitment to join before any grants will be sought by a professional grant writer.

8. Other business \ ongoing business.
Zoning Administrator report - none presented.
Sewer Planning: No meeting will be held December or January. The support group is working on various reports to use with parcel owners.

9. With no further business the Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m. Next meeting scheduled February 6, 2006.
